All members are invited to the JDCA’s first Sunday “Coffee, Cakes & Sporty Classics” event.
- This event will be held at Sydney Motorsport Park in conjunction with the JDCA hosted SuperSprint Round 5 CSCA Sporting event at the north circuit.
- This is a FREE event – no admission fee.
- The entry to Sydney Motorsport Part is of Ferrier’s Road and we will be set up in Garage 1 at the eastern end of the pit complex near the control tower.
- There will be an area set aside for JDCA Members parking. Look for the JDCA signage.
- This will be an opportunity for all club members who attend to share the social experience with other JDCA members similar to the monthly Thursday coffee, cakes & classics with the added advantage of being able to watch fellow club members competitively exercising their cats.
- As this is a sporting event and we know our members are all “GOOD SPORTS” so we would like you to vote for your choice of the Jaguar /Daimler on the track that attracts your attention most. We encourage you to have photos with the Jaguar /Daimler cars and drivers when stationary and in a safe place.
- While you are enjoying the speed, action, mateship and social times on the day a couple of members will be doing a paddock pick of JDCA members Jaguars in the parking area. Their pick my be “clean, interesting or different – who knows?”
- Members will need to bring their own folding chairs for their own comfort or “STAND THE HARD GROUND”
- The sporting events start from 8:00am so arrive as early or late as you like.
- The opportunity to watch to Jaguars compete on track and visit the garages.
- JDCA will supply a morning tea from 10:00am.
- Paddock pick judging starts from 11:00am.
- Meals can be purchased on the day or BYO.
- The prize winners for peoples’ choice of race car and paddock pick will be after lunch.
- All members are welcome to stay all day or just visit for a while.
